I also was in a wonderful sale in the Nokomis neighborhood on May 4th with and hosted by Marlene Gaige who is a very talented artist who can work magic with most anything textile related. Seriously check her out on Instagram she’s awesome as well as being a great teacher too! She does classes through the Textile Center at Hennepin County Libraries as well as doing summer camps with kids! I offered live pour-painting for a very small fee and that was a hit. Below is a short video of a young woman who did a pour-painting with me that day. I will be doing a pour-painting workshop paid for by the St. Paul Public Library in mid-June for their combined event of Makerfest/Lab after Dark/Northern Spark so stay tuned for more details it will either be a Friday or Saturday night that I will be participating though this will be a 2 night event. So you should come and make a painting with me courtesy of The St. Paul Public Library!!
